FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of a therapeutic decision for widespread peritonitis refers to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery, and can be used for determination of indications for various approaches to peritonitis. Preoperative and intraoperative examinations involve identification of 6 risk factors having direct influence on a disease outcome with their significance related to a certain score. Then, total score is derived, and if the derived value is 1 to 7, a semi-closed traditional procedure is indicated, if total score falls within 8 to 14, the use of combined surgical-endoscopic approach with programmed video endoscopic abdominal sanitations is required, and when observing the value 15 and more, a semi-open therapeutic procedure with programmed surgical abdominal sanitation is to be indicated. ^ EFFECT: method allows objectifying the indications for a surgical decision for widespread peritonitis and presenting a quantitative assessment of the indications for various approaches to widespread peritonitis. ^ 2 tbl, 2 ex |
