PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape or sheet capable of exhibiting non-electrical conductivity or low electrical conductivity while having light-shielding property.SOLUTION: In the adhesive tape or sheet: transmittance is 0.3 (%) or lower; reflectance on at least one surface is lower than 60 (%); and at least either side of the surface having the reflectance of <60(%) has resistivity of 10(Ω/sq.) or more. The adhesive tape or sheet has a specific layer structure (A1)-(A7), (B1)-(B8), (C1)-(C5), or (D1)-(D9). The specific layer structures are, for example: a layer structure (A1) consisting of a transparent base material, one or more light shielding layers, and a transparent adhesive layer; a layer structure (B1) consisting of a transparent base material, one or more reflective layers, one or more light shielding layers, and a transparent adhesive layer; a layer structure (C1) consisting of a transparent base material, one or more light shielding layers, a transparent base material, and a transparent adhesive layer; a layer structure (D1) consisting of a transparent base material, one or more reflective layers, one or more light shielding layers, a transparent base material, and a transparent adhesive layer; and the like. |
