PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overcoat cosmetic for coating it on a cosmetic coat of a make-up cosmetic such as a foundation, impairing neither color tone nor finish feeling of the coat of cosmetics such as a previously applied foundation in application, excellent in temporal color duration and secondary adhesion preventing effect, rich in coat flexibility and causing no sense of burden on the skin.SOLUTION: There is provided an overcoat cosmetic provided by compounding a silicone resin comprising a component (a) of RSiOunit and RSiOunit [wherein, Rand Rrepresent a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon]. |
