PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass plate provided with a transparent conductive film, wherein an increase of the roughness of the surface can be suppressed, even if the haze rate of the transparent conductive film is increased.SOLUTION: The glass plate 10 provided with the transparent conductive film is provided with the glass plate 11, and the transparent conductive film 15 formed on the glass plate 11. The transparent conductive film 15 has a transparent conductive layer (transparent conductive layer A) 13, and a transparent conductive layer (transparent conductive layer B) 14, the transparent conductive layer B14 is formed on the transparent conductive layer A13, the transparent conductive film 15 includes a plurality of holes 13a, (13b), and each of the plurality of the holes 13a, (13b) is formed by having the transparent conductive layer B14 covering a recessed section 13h in the surface of the transparent conductive layer A13. The glass plate 10 provided with the transparent conductive film can be obtained by retreating a part of area of the surface of the transparent conductive layer A13 on a film thickness direction by etching and forming the transparent conductive layer B14 on the transparent conductive layer A13 so as to closing the part of the area. |
