PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll for a ceramic-made hot-dip metal coating bath having a large diameter, in particular, the outside diameter of ≥300 mm and capable of eliminating any trouble of crack during the forming or the baking occurring in a shaft part.SOLUTION: The roll for a hot-dip metal coating bath includes a hollow barrel part in contact with a steel plate, a shaft part in contact with a bearing, and an intermediate part joined with an inner surface of the barrel part and joined with an outer circumference of the shaft part. The barrel part, the shaft part and the intermediate part are respectively formed of ceramic, and joined with each other. |
