PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device easy to manufacture and capable of alleviating or restraining leak current.SOLUTION: The organic EL display device includes a substrate, a first electrode formed on the substrate and equipped with a pixel area, a first barrier rib formed on the substrate for zoning the first electrode and at least partly equipped with a reversely tapered shape, a second barrier rib formed on the first barrier rib and equipped with bottom parts narrower than widths of tip parts of the first barrier rib, a light-emitting medium layer at least comprising a hole transport layer and an organic light-emitting layer formed on the pixel area as well as on the first and the second barrier ribs, and a second electrode formed on the light-emitting medium layer. |
