The present invention relates to an air bag cushion, and a system containing the same, and more particularly, to an air bag cushion comprising one or more fabric materials, and sewed portions for joining the materials wherein a sewing thread of an upper thread has a deviation of length of 15% or less per unit length of the fabric material between a first sewed portion sewed in the forward direction and a second sewed portion sewed in the backward direction among the sewed portions, a preparation method thereof, and an air bag system and the like containing the same. The air bag cushion of the present invention optimizes physical properties of the sewed portions, thereby having excellent work stability and air bag expansion and providing excellent shape stability and an air barrier effect, and minimizes the impact applied to a passenger, thereby safely protecting the passenger.
