The method involves radiating electron beams by an electron beam accelerator (S20) for sterilization of soil for planting Korean ginseng. Inorganic substances e.g. iron and aluminum, are removed (S10) from the soil, where the soil is transported at given height and with a predetermined velocity by a conveying belt. Antagonistic rhizome bacteria of the soil are mixed (S30) for planting the Korean Ginseng after the soil is sterilized by the electron beam accelerator. The antagonistic rhizome bacteria are formed from strains of P, T, 17N7, 17N6, B12 and 5N5 numerically dominant bacteria. The material of the antagonistic rhizome bacteria is composed of sawdust, rice bran, sesame dreg, pulverized bone, fish meal, wheat bran, zeolite, glucose, calcium oxide and sodium carbonate. An independent claim is also included for a system for sterilization of soil for planting Korean ginseng using an electron beam accelerator.
|
