The pedal has a central shaft (30) including an inner side end (31) and an outer side end (32). A rotating element i.e. ball bearing, is installed between the outer side end of the central shaft and another outer side end of an axial hole of a body (40). The rotating element is provided with an outer loop and an inner loop to rotate relative to the outer loop, where an inner surface of the outer loop is limited by a defining fence of the body. A locking nut (80) is screwed with outer screws of the outer side end to abut against an outer surface of the inner loop of the rotating element.
