PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-radiating device which is excellent in safety, and to provide a light-radiating method.SOLUTION: The light-radiating device has: electrodes 14, 15 for detecting the line-of-sight direction of a person who wears the device; and LEDs 17A-17R which radiate light to the visual field of the person. The device detects the line-of-sight direction of the person from potential differences between the electrodes 14, 15 and a reference electrode 16 and limits a light quantity in an area which corresponds to the line-of-sight direction to limit a light quantity in the line-of-sight direction while radiating the light of high illuminance to user's eyes. Accordingly, a load applied on the user's eyes and a possibility to injure the user's health are reduced while surely radiating light for adjusting biorhythms to the user's eyes. |
