PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed blade unit capable of stably and efficiently performing crushing treatment by reducing the load applied to a crushing rotor, and a crusher.SOLUTION: The fixed blade unit 33 includes chip-like fixed blades 30, of which the V-shaped edges are meshed with the rotary blades fixed to the crushing rotor to shear and crush an object to be crushed, and a fixed blade support member 32, which has attaching seats 31 for individually supporting the respective fixed blades 30 arranged and formed thereto along the axial core direction of the crushing rotor, and attached to a base plate so that at least the leading end of the base plate on the side of the edges of the fixed blades 30 is separated from the rotary blades. First guide surfaces 40 for separating the shorn and crushed object to be crushed from the gaps between the edges of the respective fixed blades 30 toward the leading end edge of the base plate accompanied by the rotation of the rotary blades are formed to the fixed blade support member 32 and the load applied to the crushing rotor is reduced. |
