PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device that can achieve its cost reduction and miniaturization without degrading its performance.SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device has an internal circuit and an input/output circuit for supplying the internal circuit with an input signal entered from the outside and for output of an output signal outside that is supplied from the internal circuit, wherein it has an internal circuit power supply terminal for supplying the internal circuit with a driving voltage, an input/output circuit power supply terminal for supplying the input/output circuit with a driving voltage, and a common ground terminal for supplying the internal circuit and input/output circuit with a common ground voltage. Wherein the internal circuit source terminal, the input/output circuit source terminal and the common ground terminal are all disposed side-by-side so that a unit terminal group is formed of the three terminals. |
