PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic nanocomposite which has high magnetic flux density, high magnetic permeability and high electric resistance usable in a high frequency region and to provide a method for producing the magnetic nanocomposite.SOLUTION: The method for producing the magnetic nanocomposite comprises a composite powder producing process A for measuring MgO fine particles, FeOfine particles and MnO fine particles to obtain amount satisfying a composition of Mg(MnFe)O(0≤x≤0.4) and then for blending these fine particles with Fe-Ni alloy powder to coat a surface of the alloy powder with these fine particles, a pressurization process B for pressurizing a temporary molding obtained from the composite powder with a super-high hydrostatic press to produce high density molding, a pulse energizing pressure sintering process C for carrying out pulse energizing pressure sintering of the molding obtained by the process B to change a metal oxide mixture to a ferrite phase and to produce a sintered compact of ≥92% relative density and a hot hydrostatic press process D for treating the sintered compact obtained by the process C with a hot hydrostatic press to produce the sintered compact of ≥94% relative density. |
