PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material having scratch resisting performance and prevented from surface quality degradation caused by water absorption even in the case of using a wood board such as a particle board or MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), and a decorative sheet for forming the decorative material.SOLUTION: The decorative material is formed by laminating at least a synthetic resin layer and the wood board with a specific gravity of 0.7 g/cmor more in this order on the rear face of a decorative layer, wherein (1) the tensile modulus of elasticity of the decorative layer is 1,000 MPa or more, (2) the tensile modulus of elasticity of the synthetic resin layer is 1,000 MPa or less, and (3) the thickness of the synthetic resin layer is 50-150 μm. |
