Provided is a resin composition which is flexible and which exhibits both excellent lubricity and a good touch in a wet state. Even when used repeatedly, the resin composition suffers little deterioration in the lubricity or the touch. The resin composition comprises 100 parts by mass of a water-absorbing polymer that is obtained by modification of polyalkylene oxide and 60 to 500 parts by mass of a thermoplastic resin that has a type D durometer hardness (HDD) of 10 to 60.
