PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock structure for a box with a lid, which can be widely used for variously designed panels.SOLUTION: A plate part 16 of a striker 15 is provided with a curved portion 18 which is curved to swell in the direction apart from an instrument panel 1. In addition, first and second tabular flat-plate parts 19a and 19b are provided respectively on both vehicle-breadth-direction sides with respect to the curved portion 18, so as to continue to the curved part 18. Since a second pin-insertion hole 22 is formed as a slot long in the vehicle breadth direction in the second flat-plate part 19b, the second flat-plate part 19b can be shifted in the direction of getting close to or getting apart from the instrument panel 1 with a second positioning pin 11B being inserted through the second pin-insertion hole 22, thereby adjusting a space between the facing second flat plate part 19b and instrument panel 1. |
