PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably and easily adjust the timing of video signals when a plurality of cameras are connected by an asynchronous transmission network.SOLUTION: The camera system includes: a plurality of CHUs 200 for acquiring video images; a plurality of CCUs 300, connected corresponding to each of the plurality of CHUs 200 through the asynchronous transmission network, for acquiring the video signals from each of the plurality of CHUs 200; and a CNU 700 for adjusting the delay amounts of the video signals acquired in each of the plurality of CCUs 300 by the frame unit of the video images.
