PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saccharifying fermentation method for achieving high concentration of biomass feed stock originated from waste by treating different kinds of papers-based waste and garbages-based waste together with each other in order to utilize wastes as starting material for manufacturing bioethanol by saccharifying fermentation.SOLUTION: The saccharifying fermentation method of biomass feedstock includes: a step of dissociating papers-based waste essentially comprising papers into dilution water to produce a dissociation liquid; a step of dehydrating the dissociation liquid to provide dehydrated pulp and water for discharge; a step of suspending garbages-based waste essentially comprising garbages into dilution water to produce suspension liquid; and a step of performing saccharifying fermentation by using biomass feed stock highly concentrated by adding a yeast to the suspension liquid and, further, adding the hydrated pulp thereto. In the step of producing the dissociation liquid of the papers-based waste and the suspension liquid of the garbages-based waste, a foreign matter removal treatment is preferably performed. The water for discharge is recycled as dilution water for the step of dissociating papers-based waste and/or the step of suspending garbages-based waste. |
