PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a natural phenomenon for each area of proper size, even for an image having a plurality of natural phenomena mixed.SOLUTION: This image processor 100 prepares at first a histogram 101 about all the areas as objects, as to a predetermined objective image 110. A feature capable of specifying the natural phenomenon does not appear in the case of the exemplified histogram 101. The image processor 100 divides therein an area of the objective image 110 into four. A histogram 102 is prepared, by using each area divided into four as an object. Features capable of specifying the natural phenomenon appear in a right-upper area and a left lower area, in the histogram 102. Consequently, natural phenomena are specified, as they are regarding the two areas (right-upper and left-lower areas), and a specified result is held. In contrast, features capable of specifying the natural phenomenon appear in a right-lower area and a left-upper area. The image processor 100 further divides therein the two areas (right-lower and left-upper areas) into four. |
