ENVIRONMENTAL-FRIENDLY LEATHER

摘要

An environmental-friendly leather and preparation method thereof are provided. The leather is composed of environmental-friendly paper and composite polyurethane coating. The environmental-friendly leather is obtained by applying the polyurethane coating on the environmental-friendly paper through coating process or release paper transferring process. The said environmental-friendly leather is non-toxic and recyclable. The leather can be oxidized and decomposed in a short period of time in a natural environment of sunshine, ultraviolet and sun-drying and rain-showering, and does not produce poisonous gas or pollute water source. The leather has simple product structure, easy preparation method without foaming process and low manufacturing cost, and can achieve effects of energy conservation and reducing discharge.
