摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording material wherein powder dropping upon cutting is suppressed, and also, a surface texturing feeling is eliminated without spoiling ink absorbency, glossiness, image clarity and color developing property.SOLUTION: The inkjet recording material has at least two layers of an ink receiving layer containing inorganic particles of which an average secondary particle diameter is 500 nm or lower as the major component on a supporting body. The ink receiving layer which is close to the supporting body contains a pearlescent pigment for the inkjet recording material. A ratio of a hydrophilic binder to the inorganic particles and the pearlescent pigment contained by the ink receiving layer being close to the supporting body is larger than a ratio of the hydrophilic binder to the inorganic particles contained by the ink receiving layer being away from the supporting body. Also, the relevant ratio of the ink receiving layer being close to the supporting body is 0.4 or lower.
