PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of normally conducting picture display, and an electronic device provided with the display device.SOLUTION: The display apparatus 1 includes a first electrode region in which a first electrode 111 connected to a switching element 123 is disposed on a substrate to have a matrix shape; power source wiring 103 for light emission which is disposed at the circumference of the first electrode region and connected to the first electrode 111; and a function layer 110 and a second electrode 12 which are formed on the first electrode 111, and in which a first electrostatic capacitor C1 is formed between the power source wiring 103 for light emission and the second electrode 12. |
