PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a reflection type liquid crystal panel that prevents damage to a circuit configuration due to discharge, in simple constitution.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal device includes:an element-side mother board where a plurality of display element parts 317 including a stacked region 317C where MOS-FET array circuit and a pixel electrode are stacked are formed in one surface, and adjacent peripheral edge electrodes 317B are separated from each other;and an opposite-side mother board disposed on one surface opposite to the element-side mother board and provided with a transparent electrode on the surface opposite to the one surface of the element-side mother board. The peripheral edge electrode 317B of the element-side mother board includes a discharge inducing part 317E, which is projected from the outer peripheral edge toward another adjacent peripheral edge electrode 317B and tapered toward the tip. |
