PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a smoking liquid having versatility in soil conditioner, fuel, a filter material and the like, attaining rationalization of labor saving and space saving in handling, storage, transportation and the like of a smoking liquid substance of plants and mass producible by using a stirring and mixing technology with normal temperature operation by suppressing high-priced equipment investment and using comparatively simple device.SOLUTION: A smoking liquid substance of hulls and plants is incorporated in a porous material of a powder formed by burning hulls and plants to some extent, and granules formed by burning grains and plants to some extent, to obtain the grains and the powder. |
