INTERNAL PUMP, AND FASTENING OPERATION METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal pump and a fastening operation method of the same capable of enhancing efficiency of an installation/removal work of the internal pump.SOLUTION: This internal pump includes: an impeller; a submersible motor stored inside a pump casing; an impeller shaft for transmitting a driving force of the submersible motor to the impeller to rotate it; a coupling stud provided on a lower part of the impeller shaft; a thrust disk having a through-hole into which the coupling stud is inserted; and a motor cover provided on the pump casing detachably, and having a hole part into which a closing plug is fitted on a bottom. The coupling stud is formed of a material having such rigidity that its shape can be restored in a high temperature state, and the outside surface of the coupling stud is configured to be press-fitted to the inside surface of the through-hole formed in the thrust disk corresponding to a temperature, to thereby fasten the coupling stud and thrust disk.
