A conductive member can be connected to an aluminum-based metal. The conductive member and a production method therefor enable a reduction in electrical conductivity to be minimized. The conductive member is formed by aluminum (Al) or an alloy containing aluminum, and is provided with: a wire connection section (101) and a fastening section (102), which serve as a base provided with a connection surface that connects to another member; and a connection layer (103) formed on the base by accelerating a gas with a metal or alloy powder, which has an ionization tendency lower than that of the base and an electrical conductivity equal to or higher that of the base, and depositing the metal or alloy powder on the connection surface by spraying the metal or alloy powder in a solid state. |
