PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical cap showing high antivirus performance under visible light irradiation with low illuminance.SOLUTION: The medical cap includes at least one kind of fine particle selected out of tungsten oxide particles and tungsten oxide composite material particles. When at least one kind of virus selected out of weakly pathogenic avian influenza virus (H9N2), highly pathogenic avian influenza virus (H5N1), and swine influenza virus is inoculated on a test piece where the fine particle is attached within the range of 0.01 mg/cmor more and of 40 mg/cmor less, and the virus titer after the irradiation with visible light for 24 hours is evaluated, the fine particle has an inactivation effect R of 1 or higher which is expressed by [R=logC-logA] (C is a virus titer TCIDafter preserving an unprocessed test piece under visible light for 24 hours, and A is a virus titer TCIDafter preserving the test piece on which the fine particles are applied under visible light for 24 hours). |
