PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency cooking device capable of showing anyone abnormal overheating in case of abnormal overheating, and ensuring safety.SOLUTION: The high frequency generated by oscillation of a high frequency generator 21 is supplied to a heating chamber 20 of this high frequency cooking device 1. A door switch 41 is disposed to a door 11 for closing the heating chamber 20, and further a forced opening device 50 is disposed. The forced opening device 50 includes a shape-memory alloy member 51 deforming itself by prescribed temperature rise to displace the door 11 to an opening position. A control device 40 stops high-frequency heating when the door switch 40 is in a door opening detection state, and the forced opening device 50 displaces the door 11 by the amount sufficient to keep the door switch 41 in the door opening detection state. |
