PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imager capable of checking whether a photographed panoramic image is suitable for a composite area in a template at the time of photographing.SOLUTION: The imager includes a template selection means, a composite area selection means, an imaging means, a motion detection means, a panoramic image generation means, a composite image generation means, a display means, and a storage means. The template selection means selects a template. The composite area selection means selects a composite area for a panoramic image. The imaging means images a moving image. The motion detection means detects the motion of the imager and outputs it as motion information. From the moving image and the detected motion of the imager, the panoramic image generation means generates a panoramic image corresponding to the composite area. During the imaging of the moving image, the composite image generation means serially compounds a panoramic image in the middle of generation into the composite area of the panoramic image to perform generation and update of a composite image. The display means sequentially displays the composite image generated and updated. The storage means stores one or more of templates, moving images, panoramic images, and composite images. |
