PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper bag having a valve in which entering of foreign materials is prohibited, a cause of blocking state is eliminated, an outer sleeve valve sealing after filling with powdery particles is also carried out easily and positively and an opening part can also be opened or closed easily after the sealing part is opened.SOLUTION: An outer sleeve valve bent and folded with a valve sheet is fixed to the opening part of a paper bag body constituted by multi-layered paper material, powder particle materials can be freely filled into the paper bag body through the outer sleeve valve, self-adhesive agent coating surfaces are arranged in the outer surface of the paper bag body at a powder particle feeding opening side of the outer sleeve valve, thereby after filling with the powder particles, both corners at the powder particle feeding opening side of the outer sleeve valve are folded into the paper bag body to cause the self-adhesive agent coating surfaces to adhere to each other and further the folded portions are wound into the paper bag body side to close the powder particle feeding opening, thereby the outer sleeve valve sealing after filling with the powder particles is carried out easily and positively and an opening sealing band is already stored in the paper bag body, resulting in that the opening after opening the sealing part can be freely opened or closed. |
