PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet-return prevention fabric comfortably usable by an ordinary person, giving excellent wear comfort such as skin feeling, and having a thin thickness and an excellent quick-drying property, an underwear fabric and an underwear.SOLUTION: The wet-return prevention fabric includes a skin-side ground weave 2 and a back-side ground weave 3 knitted with base threads having different single yarn fineness, wherein the skin-side ground weave 2 is knitted with a hydrophobic base thread having a single yarn fineness larger than the single yarn fineness of a base thread constituting the back-side ground weave 3, and the surface of the skin-side ground weave is raised. A continuous fiber having a filament number of 12-48 and a single fiber fineness of 3.0-7.0 dtex is used as the base thread constituting the skin-side ground weave, and a hydrophobic continuous fiber having a filament number of 12-144 and a single fiber fineness of 0.3-3.5 dtex is used as the base thread constituting the back-side ground weave. |
