<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel and liquid crystal display device such that white balances of R, G, and B of a transmission mode and a reflection mode can be set independently of each other. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal panel comprises one member including a substrate 1, a light reflection film 2 formed on the substrate 1 and having a light transmission part 7, a transparent resin layer P formed on the substrate 1 and bonded at least partially to the light transmission part 7, a plurality of colored layers 3 formed at least partially on the transparent resin layer P and differing in coloration, and a transparent electrode 5 formed at least partially on the colored layers 3, the other member including a transparent substrate 9 and a transparent electrode 10 formed on the transparent substrate 9, and a liquid crystal layer 12 interposed between the one member and the other member. Bonding areas of the transparent resin layers P on the light transmission part 7 are set according to the plurality of colored layers 3 so that at least one of the plurality of colored layers 3 may be different.
