METHOD AND CONTROL SYSTEM FOR MONITORING SPRAY NOZZLE

The system has a liquid supply line coupled with spray nozzles (20) with a flow meter to sense a flow rate of liquid supplied to the nozzles. A compressed air supply line has an air regulation section (42) to provide an amount of compressed air supplied to the nozzles. A spray controller (80) provides an output signal to indicate performance characteristics of the nozzles based on a measured liquid/air pressure. An independent claim is also included for a method for monitoring the operating conditions of spray nozzles.
