PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module extraction device to automatically extract a module in a constraint state.SOLUTION: The extraction device 30 extracts the module 1 alternately aligned with a plate 22 and restrained in a pallet 2, and is movable in approaching direction and separating direction against the plate 22. This includes: chucks 32, 32, ... for the plate capable of changing a pitch between the plates 22, 22 by pinching and moving the plate 22; and the chuck 33 for the module which pinches the module 1, is movable together with movement of the chuck 32 for the plate, and can adjust position of the module 1 by moving the module 1. While pinching the plate 22 by the chuck 32 for the plate, after this widens an inter-plate pitch, by the chuck 33 for the module, this adjusts the position of the module 1 and extracts it while pinching the module 1. |
