PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor which has temperature characteristics for achieving a stable dielectric constant, small polarization charge, and a high dielectric constant.SOLUTION: A dielectric layer 5 includes a main crystal phase mainly composed of a barium titanate, where the average particle diameter of crystal particles is 0.05 to 0.2 μm and the particle diameter variance (CV) of the crystal particles is 50% or less, and is made of a dielectric porcelain containing a yttrium, manganese, and magnesium. The percentage of the diffraction strength at a plane index (222) of a pyrochlore to the diffraction strength at a plane index (110) of the barium titanate is 12 to 18%. |
