PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a globe of a lighting apparatus, which can prevent irradiation light from taking on a yellow tinge even if a neutral-white fluorescent lamp having high total light flux is used, and also to provide a filter for the lighting apparatus and the lighting apparatus.SOLUTION: The lighting apparatus 1 includes the fluorescent lamp 2 and the globe 3. The fluorescent lamp 2 is the neutral-white fluorescent lamp. The globe 3 is made of a translucent material with transmissivity with respect to light having a wavelength of 550 nm or above adjusted to attenuate relative emission intensity of light having a wavelength of 550 nm or above in the emission spectrum of the neutral-white fluorescent lamp 2 while at the same time amplifying relative emission intensity of light having a wavelength in a blue light region. Preferably, the globe 3 amplifies the relative emission intensity of light having the wavelength in the blue light region, so that it may be nearly the same as relative emission intensity of light having the wavelength in a blue light region in the emission spectrum of the neutral-white fluorescent lamp.
