PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Si powder that is excellent in contact resistance, packing density, fluidity, and dispersibility and is especially used as a material of electronic parts requiring high contact resistance and as a Si material having high dispersibility in a medium.SOLUTION: The Si powder excellent in contact resistance, packing density, fluidity, and dispersibility has a ratio of oxygen analysis value/specific surface area of 0.2-10. The Si powder excellent in contact resistance, packing density, fluidity, and dispersibility is manufactured by an atomizing method. The Si powder or a method for manufacturing the Si powder is provided. |
