PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery assembly jig which can convey a laminate used in a laminate type battery between respective processes from a lamination process, via a forming process to a welding process without misalignment, and does not require positioning in the respective processes, and to provide a battery assembly device using the battery assembly jig.SOLUTION: The battery assembly jig 1 of the laminate used in the laminate type battery includes: a first sandwiching member 10 contacting with one laminate surface of the laminate 2, and a second sandwiching member 11 contacting with the other laminate surface of the laminate 2. The laminate 2 is sandwiched by the first sandwiching member 10 and the second sandwiching member 11. The first sandwiching member 10 and the second sandwiching member 11 include: a positioning member 13 for positioning the laminate 2; and a forming claw 17 for bundling electrode tabs included in the laminate 2. |
