Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a connector, with the object of eliminating the labor of storing in a bend state a shield wire inside a housing, and enabling the smooth and simple storage of a terminal connected to the shield wire inside the housing in an insulated state. With this method, the shield wire (2) is passed in a bent shape from a lower portion opening (5a) in a tubular wall of conductive housing (1) that includes a back wall (4) following from an annular wall (3) and a tubular wall (5) following from a lower side of the back wall, through a front portion opening (3a) in the annular wall. A shield terminal (9) is movably inserted from a leading end of the shield wire, the core wire (2b) and braid (2a) are exposed by barking the leading end portion of the shield wire, and an L-shaped terminal (11) is connected to the core wire. An insulating L-shaped inner housing (12) is mounted to the outside of the L-shaped terminal, the shield terminal is connected to the braid, a vertical portion (14) of the inner housing stretched in a direction opposite to passing through of the shield wire is stored in the conductive housing, and the inner housing horizontal portion (13) is projected from the front side opening. |
