摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control method for a fuel battery system, capable of avoiding an emergency stopping of a solid oxide fuel battery, even if shunt errors are produced on a sheathed thermocouple.SOLUTION: In an operation control method for a fuel battery system having a solid oxide fuel battery 1 formed by alternately laminating power generating cells 7 and separators 11, the sheathed thermocouple 2, wherein one end is inserted into the thermocouple insertion hole 15 drilled at an outer periphery of the separator 11 and the other end is connected with an electromotive force measuring instrument 3, and an operation control device 4 for making emergency stop of the solid oxide fuel battery 1, when regular operation temperature at the time of power generation becomes higher than designated temperature, the operation control device 4 avoids the emergency stop at the time of power generation when the sheathed thermocouple 2 measures temperature rise of 200°C or more, within 10 seconds from the regular operation temperature, and continues an operation of the solid oxide fuel battery 1.
