PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of suppressing generation of bacteria in a water recovery portion and preventing clogging in piping through which water from the water recovery portion flows.SOLUTION: The fuel cell system is provided with a reforming unit 2 to reform a fuel gas, a fuel cell 4 which generates power by oxidation/reduction of a reforming fuel gas/an oxidant, a condenser 80 (84, 88, 92) which condenses water vapor generated in the reforming unit 2 (and/or the fuel cell 4), and a water recovery portion 60 which recovers condensed water in the condenser, and water of the water recovery portion 60 is used for reforming of water vapor of the reforming unit 2. The water recovery portion 60 is provided with a water recovery tank 62 which has a first and a second tank parts, a purifying portion 74 to purify water, and an antibacterial member. The condensed water from the condenser 80 is recovered by the first tank part of the water recovery tank 62 and the recovered water which has flowed through the purifying portion 74 is supplied to the second tank part, and the antibacterial member is immersed in the recovered water of the first tank part. |
