FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, namely, to metal hardening in processing. Proposed device comprises built-up female die with two intersecting channels and male die. Additionally, this device comprises cover with pin, container to house explosive charge with primer, unit with return mechanism and gas discharge channels, case with central vertical channel and male die dynamic shock damper arranged at top section of female die vertical channel. Said elements are jointed in dovetail way and bolted together.
