PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejecting head having good liquid ejection characteristics, a liquid ejecting head unit, and a liquid ejecting apparatus.SOLUTION: The liquid ejecting head includes: pressure generation chambers 52 which respectively communicate with nozzle openings for ejecting liquid; a pressure generation means 11 which causes a change in pressure of liquid in the pressure generation chambers 52; a manifold 53 which becomes a common liquid chamber for a plurality of the pressure generation chambers 52; and a sealing substrate 60 which has a sealing film 61 made of a flexible material so as to seal the manifold 53. Each heat generation part 67 made of a metal pattern is provided in a region, facing the manifold 53, on the sealing film 61. |
