PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein an imaging procedure as the whole radiation inspection device is not necessarily optimized, and there is still room for improvement in measurement speed.SOLUTION: In this radiation inspection device, an imaging means irradiates a plurality of spots of an inspection object with a radiation from a plurality of directions, to thereby image a plurality of radiation transmission images. An imaging route acquisition means determines an imaging route in which a time required for imaging the plurality of radiation transmission images becomes short, by solving a combination optimization problem, based on an imaging condition for imaging the radiation transmission images. The imaging means images the plurality of radiation transmission images following an imaging route determined by solving the combination optimization problem. |
