PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve with a pressure relaxation structure in which pressure-relief set pressure can be accurately set and less influenced by a temperature.SOLUTION: The check valve for restricting a flow from a secondary side to a primary side includes a valve case, and a check valve body arranged in the valve case. On the secondary side of the check valve body, an opening portion and an elastic body for blocking the opening portion are provided. The elastic body blocks the opening portion of the check valve body with a pressure relief valve spring. The pressure-relief set valve is determined by the area (pressure receiving area) of the opening portion blocked by the elastic body and pressure on the elastic body to abut on a valve seat, and less influenced by the temperature characteristics and hardness of the elastic body, thus enabling accurate pressure-relief setting. |
