PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overlap sub-harnesses each other with high dimensional accuracy without deviation in a manufacturing process in which the sub-harnesses are individually assembled in a preceding step and overlapped each other to be bound in a post step.SOLUTION: When a wire fixing tool 1 attachable to and detachable from a wire-receiving jig while holding a wire is mounted on the wire-receiving jig 20 in a boundary position between a binding portion and a non-binding portion with a common sub-harness on an assembling work stand of option sub-harnesses, the option sub-harness 22 is assembled while the option sub-harness 22 is held by the wire fixing tool 1, and the option sub-harness 22 is overlapped with the common sub-harness, the option sub-harness 22 is pulled out from the wire-receiving jig 20 with the whole electric wire fixing tool 1, and the wire fixing tool 1 is mounted on the electric wire-receiving jig of the same boundary position in the assembling work stand of the common sub-harness to bind the option sub-harness and the common sub-harness with each other. |
