PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, a display method, a display program and a recording medium with the display program recorded thereon, enabling a user to identify facilities or the like in a peripheral area of an area being displayed through simple and easy operation when applied to, for example, a car navigation system.SOLUTION: The display device includes: an input means receiving instructions of a user; and a control means controlling the display of a display object on a display means so that the scale of the display on the display means may be changed with the instructions of the user received by the input means as a trigger. When scrolling is instructed by the input means while the scale is being changed, the control means stops the scale change, scrolls the display area of the display object on the display means, and displays the display area before the scale change in the display of the display means. |
