PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module that has predetermined electronic device connection terminals and predetermined electronic device mounting pads provided at opposite positions and electrically connected together and also has good productivity.SOLUTION: The module includes: an electronic device including a first electronic device connection terminal provided along one short side and a second electronic device connection terminal provided along the other short side; and an electronic device mounting member including a first electronic device mounting pad provided along one short side of a bottom surface of a rectangular recessed space constituted of a substrate portion and a frame portion and a second electronic device mounting pad provided along the other short side of the recessed space, wherein the first electronic device connection terminal and first electronic device mounting pad are provided at opposite positions, and the second electronic device connection terminal and second electronic device mounting pad are provided at opposite positions, a side face of the electronic device on one short-side side is in contact with an inner short-side side face of the frame portion including the one short side of the recessed space. |
