The device has a microphone digitizing sound in a computer, where the sound is stored in a digital memory medium (4). The memory medium is inserted into another computer (5) of an electric vehicle (12), and data are copied from the memory medium. Velocity of the electric vehicle and/or the rotation speed of an electromotor (9) are transmitted to the latter computer. The latter computer calculates the sound, where the sound is passed to speakers (8) by an amplifier (7). The computer stores digital sound spectrum on the memory medium.
