FIELD: fire-fighting means. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fire extinguishers applied to prevention of fire propagation in process communications with air-gas and air-vapour inflammable mixtures. The fire arrester consists of a body with an inlet and outlet fittings and integrated flame-retardant elements. The fire arrester has a heat-exchange unit formed by walls of its body and heat-exchange tubes which is equipped with a liquid coolant inlet fitting and a coolant outlet fitting. ^ EFFECT: invention allows higher fire resistance and reliability of the fire arrester. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg
